370 Brown will be a new mixed-use development building in downtown Birmingham that will include residential units, office space anchored by JPMorgan Chase, and rooftop amenities. The modern four-story structure, totaling 135,000 square feet, will include a first-level landscaped interior courtyard with a water feature. The pedestrian courtyard, with benches and other amenities, will help bring daylight into the building.
